One of the most important things that we preach at our gym is team camaraderie and group cohesion. To help build that, we have a training program called Team Strength and Conditioning. It is mainly for our younger sports teams, but we also use it for large companies and their employees. These teams usually range from 7 to 15 members. Prices also vary on how big a team is.
For our sports teams, the workout is designed in two parts. For the first half of the workout, we focus on strength training (lifting weights, functional lifting). The second part of the hour is focused on cardio conditioning, speed development, and overall better stamina. Throughout the whole workout, emphasis is placed on helping teammates push each other through adversity and to finish TOGETHER (like a game situation). We also want to see our teams gain confidence in their athletic abilities. A team is only as strong as its weakest leak, but at Legends.. we make sure there are no weak leaks.

Large companies such as Hendrick Toyota and GE also have employee teams that train with us. This is a good way for employees to meet outside of work and do something productive together. It also allows for them to let out similar job stresses the team may have. One of the most important things our company teams try to work on during the workout is team building.
