Legends Athletic Training is home to a variety of young athletes. They play lacrosse, baseball, basketball, swimming, motocross, football, track, and many more. To prep them for the rigors of their sport, Our athletic performance training program is mainly designed for them. It focuses on proper techniques in movement; flexibility; injury reduction; foot speed; explosive power & development; proper functional strength training; and conditioning. We want to make our athletes bigger, faster, and stronger.. the RIGHT way. We also try to not just physically prep them, but also make them mentality stronger. High level Conditioning is the norm here at Legends. We preach the mindset "NO ONE will outwork you".
