Here at Legends Athletic Training, we have clients and athletes of all ages. One of my favorite training programs we have is our Senior FIT Club. This style of training is specially geared toward our senior clientele. We focus a lot on improving normal everyday functional movements. As we age, things that were once easy now start to become hard. Our workouts encompass balance, posture, stretching, improving energy levels, and increasing stamina. In order to improve bone density, We also lift weights with our seniors. Our main goal is to help them move better in everyday life and be healthy. We have clients who are in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. They train hard and they move like they are 10 years younger.
